Anne Dang

As a personal trainer, Anne discovered what yoga could do for her mind and body after an Iyengar class, and she hasn’t looked back since. She enjoys teaching a strong, dynamic flow, sharing her passion of yoga to others and incorporates challenges in the form of an arm balance.​

Anne is mindful to present options and variations to allow students to work on what they need to, at the time, to progress their own practice. She believes that even though a teacher, she will always still be a student in Yoga. In Anne’s classes, you will learn great techniques to improve your yoga practice with her in depth workshops and adjustments of poses, incorporating her knowledge of movement kinesiology and patterns.
