Emma has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, coming from a ballet back ground, she found yoga beautifully crafted movement and breath in a more mindfulness manner that helped reconnect her to self and became for her a moving meditation. In 2012 she completed 500 hours cert IV, also completing a Level 2 – 200 hours Yin Yoga training and continues to polish her knowledge and skills yearly by doing trainings allowing her to grow as a student and a teacher for the community. Sharing her experiences with students and helping them step beyond their thinking mind into the feeling body and experience how much they are truly capable of.
Her classes explore the ancient practice of yoga stepping sometimes outside the comfort zone however safely supported by her cueing and encouraging words therefore allowing yourself to expand beyond the limiting beliefs.
