I’M NEW TO YOGA, WHAT CLASS SHOULD I ATTEND?
Most of our classes are all-level classes, however we do recommend signing up for a class designed specifically for beginners for your first foray into yoga. You can try the beginner’s classes, Iyengar Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga as your first yoga class. Just let our teachers know it’s your first yoga class or that you are a beginner!
WHAT KIND OF YOGA DO YOU OFFER?
Our studio offers Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin, Restorative, Therapeutic Yoga and Meditation classes. We also offer beginner classes and courses, as well as workshops for all levels.
- One class a week is a taste
- Two classes a week is maintenance
- Three classes a week is transformative
Anyone who practices yoga can attest to its benefits. But science is finally proving what yogis have known all along …. yoga is good for you!!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Yourself, and an open mind! We provide mats and props free of charge, as well as unlimited yogi tea and distilled water.
WHAT DO I WEAR TO YOGA?
Wear something that will allow you a full range of motion. A T-shirt with leggings or shorts is all you need. We provide cubbies for your extra things like socks, shoes, and bags.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWER FACILITIES?
No, we do not have showers but we do have 2 unisex bathrooms for your use, as well as changing areas.
CAN I JUST WALK IN FOR A CLASS?
Yes, walk-in students are always welcome, however we recommend that you book online using our mindbody app and arrive for class 15 minutes before the start time.
