Julien discovered Yoga about 10 years ago. He obtained his Certification (Level 2 – 350+ hours) with The Yoga & Meditation School of India. He teaches Traditional Indian Yoga, which is a blend of Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga systems. It is an amazing and comprehensive practice to restore and maintain health, soothe the mind and uplift the spirit. His classes incorporates many traditional Asanas with variations, Kriyas, Mudras, Mantras, Kundalini and Chakra Healing, Tibetan Bowls, and Yoga Philosophy. Classes are delivered in a simple yet real and effective way, and will challenge students physically and mentally triggering healing of the body and deep relaxation.
