When humans experience stress in their lives it’s not uncommon for their lives to unravel. Tammy’s great passion is to help people find healthy perceptions of themselves, strengthen the relationship with the self so they can known themselves as peaceful complete and whole. The modality of training she uses is Yoga.
Tammy has trained in Power, Vinyasa, Hot and Mat Pilates, and has been teaching for the past 16 years. Originally from San Francisco California, the city by the bay where she first took instruction in yoga and learned to teach, she has now lived in Melbourne for 12 years where she enjoys teaching and enjoying the Melbourne lifestyle.
